I love, love, LOVE, the Apprentice. Were I to be on a reality show, this is the one I would choose. Don't get me wrong, I love Survivor as well, but I acknowledge the fact that I could never be stranded on an island. I couldn't handle being away from the amenities of modern life. Not by choice anyway.
As a reality TV addict, I've been following both shows. And this season, the Apprentice has been significantly more interesting than Survivor was. And, while I'm sad to see it end, tonight was the final episode.
Warning: Spoiler ahead. Spoiler, spoiler, spoiler...
While I liked both Jennifer and Kelly, I really wanted to see Jennifer win. I thought they both were very tough leaders, but she seemed to overcome more. She seemed to be the underdog.
She was the underdog even at the end.
Did it bother anyone else that during the last episode, after Kelly was delcared the winner, whenever Jennifer was congratulated for her efforts, the camera zoomed in on Jen C. instead of Jennifer? I think she deserved credit for getting as far in the game as she did.
Oh well, I can't wait for the next season. The preview showed the teams split into book smarts vs. street smarts. Now, I've often said that common sense will take you further in life than book smarts, so I'm putting my money on street smarts.
In any event, it should make for an interesting season.
So, which do you think is most important? Book smarts or street smarts?
I caught that too about the camera shots. I was yelling when "Assaroma" had to throw in her two cents. I was like sit your ass down! Ivanna, quit while you're ahead future employers are watching.
I'm glad I don't have to wait 6 months for next one.
