Spring is always a good time to get into the exercise again. Or at least that's what I keep telling myself . . .

Tam, another relatively painless way to help bump you off the plateau is to up your water drinking. Significantly. If you're drinking 64 oz. a day, up it to 96. If you're not drinking 64, up it to 96 anyway. You'll pee a lot, but that's okay. The water bottle is your friend. Good luck...I'm rooting for you.

Good luck. I've been having so much stress lately that I've packed on about 5-8 extra pounds that I certainly don't need. Especially since I was hoping to lose another 10 before my daughter's wedding...which is now only 3 months away and 18? Sheesh.
